Return and refund policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

  • Products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • Items to be returned must not show signs of use.

Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure your package has a track and trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of postage with a track and trace code. Returning by mail without a track and trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the merchandise.

As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by email that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days of processing your return.

Order cancellation

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible after that.

Returns are always at the sender's own risk and expense; return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Wrong item or wrong size?

If you receive the wrong item or size, you will get the correct item for free!

Reimbursement

We process refunds for our returns within an average of 3-5 business days once we receive them.

Please contact our customer service for the return address and they will handle your package quickly and easily.
